C-Arms/X-Ray A C-arm is an imaging scanner intensifier. The name derives from the C-shaped arm used to connect the x-ray source and x-ray detector to one another. C-arms have radiographic capabilities, though they are used primarily for fluoroscopic intraoperative imaging during surgical, orthopedic and emergency care procedures. RETURN POLICY Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at sales@ris-llc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Customer allows other parties besides RIS to repair or handle any equipment sold by RIS. Customer does not pay their remaining balance (if any) within time frame originally agreed to by RIS. If customer does not pay their remaining balance within 30 days, then RIS has the right to repossess any and all systems which will void any and all contracts. no monies paid will be returned. Customer involves RIS in litigation for any reason All discounts given pertaining to the warranty will be due upon receipt, and added to the final cost if any warranty rules are broken. Radiological Imaging Services, LLC Service Contract Options Level One (Parts, Labor, and Glassware Covers all parts at a **pro-rated price (including glassware, image intensifier, X-ray tube), travel and labor during normal working hours (8:30a-4:00p). Includes One periodic maintenance inspection annually to ensure that the system is operating to manufacturer's specifications. Level Two (Parts and Labor- Excluding Glassware Covers all parts at a **pro-rated price ( excluding glassware, imaging intensifier, x-ray tube), travel and labor during normal working hours (8:30a-4:00p) Level Three (Parts Only) Covers parts only, at a **pro-rated price (excludes glassware, image intensifier, x-ray tube).
