Level Two (Parts and Labor- Excluding Glassware Covers all parts at a **pro-rated price ( excluding glassware, imaging intensifier, x-ray tube), travel and labor during normal working hours (8:30a-4:00p) Level Three (Parts Only) Covers parts only, at a **pro-rated price (excludes glassware, image intensifier, x-ray tube). Glassware may be purchased at 30% below OEM list. Labor and travel during normal working hours (8:30a-4:00p), to be charged at the normal prevailing labor rates in effect. **Pro-rated prices are determined by the age of parts covered.
